Renal Failure (কিডনীর অকার্যকারিতা):-
রোগ পরিচিতি:-
যেকোনো কারণে কিডনীর কার্যকারিতা কমে গেলে রক্তে ইউরিয়া ও ক্রিয়েটিনিন এর পরিমাণ বৃদ্ধি পাওয়া কে কিডনীর অকার্যকারিতা বা রেনাল ফেইলর বলে।
রোগের কারণ:-
১/হৃদপিন্ডের অকার্যকারিতা কারণে
২/পানিশূন্যতার কারণে
৩/অতিরিক্ত রক্তক্ষরণ হলে
৪//ডায়াবেটিসের কারণে
৫/উচ্চ রক্তচাপের কারণে
৬/কিডনী ড্যামেজ হয়ে গেলে
রোগের লক্ষণ:-
১/শরীর ও হাত- পা, তলপেট, মুখ ফোলা দেখা দেবে
২/প্রসাব কমে যাবে
৩/শরীর ব্যাথা দেখা দিবে
৪/শরীর অনেক দুর্বল হয়ে যাবে
৫/জ্বর থাকবে
৬/খাওয়ার অরুচি দেখা দেবে
৭/পেট ব্যাথা ও পাতলা পায়খানা হতে পারে
৮/শরীর চুলকানি দেখা দিতে পারে
৯/সেই সঙ্গে উচ্চ রক্তচাপ দেখাতে পারে
১০/রক্তশূন্যতা দেখা দিবে
১১/অনিদ্রা ও বমি ভাব বা বমি হতে পারে
রোগীকে কি পরীক্ষা-নিক্ষা করতে হবে:-
1. Serum Creatinine
2.Urine for R/E
3.USG Of KUB
4.CBC
