Cortical, radical, modified radical mastoidectomy

Cortical mastoidectomy :
এখানে middle ear এর তিনটি bones (malleus, incus, stapes preserve করা হয়, শুধু mastoid aircells ফেলে দিয়ে একটা single cavity তৈরি করা হয়।
Radical Mastoidectomy :
এখানে শুধু foot plate of stapes preserve করা হয়, hearing reconstruction নিয়ে এর কোন মাথা ব্যথা নেই
Modified Radical Mastoidectomy :
এখানে mastoid air cells এর সাথে malleus ও incus ফেলে দেয়া হয়, hearing mechanism যতটুক সম্ভব preserve করা চেষ্টা করা হয়।
