Acne vulgaris আমাদের দেশে মেয়েদের একটি কমন স্কিন প্রবলেম (১২-২০ বছরে most common) । এটি সাধারণত puberty তে শুরু হয় এবং প্রায় 90% adolescent দের এটি এফেক্ট করে। Acne এর সিভিয়ারিটি সাধারণত sebum excretion rate এর উপর ডিপেন্ড করে যা puberty তে বাড়ে।
Clinical features :
Acne সাধারণত face & trunk কে affect করে। মুখ অনেক বেশি oily থাকে (seborrhea). Comedones হচ্ছে acne এর hallmark.
Investigation:
Typical Acne এর জন্য কোনো পরীক্ষা – নিরীক্ষা করার প্রয়োজন নাই।
Treatment :
Mild case এ সাধারণত টপিকাল থেরাপি ব্যাবহার করা হয়:
• Benzoyl peroxide Or
• Retinoides Or
• Azelic acid Or
• Salicylic acid 0.5%-2%
Mild inflammatory acne :
• Erythromycin Or
• Clindamycin
Moderate inflammatory acne:
• Doxycycline Or
Capsule 1.Doxacil 100 mg (AS A Doxycycline Hydrochloride AS A Tetracycline group of drugs).
• Azithromycin 500mg Or
Tablet 1.Zimax 500 mg AS A Azithromycin Dihydrate AS A Macrolides.
• Lymecycline 3-6 month ব্যাবহার করতে হবে
Capsule 1.Lymeclin 408 mg (AS A Lymecycline AS A Tetracycline group of drugs).
Moderate to severe case এ
Isotretinoin দেওয়া হয়।
Topical Gel 1.Aknill 0.05% 10gm tube (AS A Isotretinoin AS A Topical retinoid and related preparations).
