এক্ষেত্রে data analysis করতে ৩ টা rules খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
Rule-01:T3,T4 ব্যস্তানুপাতিক TSH।
অর্থাৎ T3,T4 বাড়লে TSH কমবে।
আবার TSH বাড়লে T3,T4 কমবে।
একে অপরের উল্টা।
এই সূত্রটা Apply করা যায় –
primary hyperthyroidism: যেহেতু hyper কথাটা আছে।So এক্ষেত্রে T3,T4 increased থাকবে।আর TSH decreased থাকবে।
primary hypothyroidism:যেহেতু hypo কথাটা আছে।।So এক্ষেত্রে T3,T4 decreased থাকবে।আর TSH increased থাকবে।
ঐটার বিপরীত।
Rule-02:T3,T4 নরমাল কিন্তু TSH increased /Decreased.
এই সূত্রটা Apply করা যায় –
Subclinical hyperthyroidism:যেহেতু T3,T4 নরমাল। so এখানে T3,T4 normal.
TSH টা decreased হবে।
Subclinical hypothyroidism:যেহেতু
T3,T4 নরমাল। so এখানে T3,T4 normal.
TSH টা increased হবে।
মোদ্দকথা সব Rule -01 এর মতন।
just Rule-02 এর ক্ষেত্রে T3,T4 Normal.
Rule-03:হয় সব বাড়বে নয়ত সব কমবে।
এই সূত্রটা Apply করা যায়-
Secondary Hyperthyroidism :
যেহেতু hyper-so সব বাড়বে।
TSH,T3,T4 Increased.
Secondary Hypothyroidism :
যেহেতু hypo-So সব কমবে।
TSH,T3,T4 decreased.
