1. Duplicate systemic NSAIDs / একই শ্রেণির দুই মুখে খাওয়ার NSAID: Nabumetone 500 mg + Ibuprofen 200 mg in probable Flamex Duo. Risks include GI ulcer/bleeding, AKI, BP elevation and cardiovascular events. Same-day prescription reconciliation is required; one should not automatically combine them. NICE does not offer glucosamine for OA; EMA limits diacerein to hip/knee OA with hepatic and diarrhea precautions.
