কী ধরনের sensation আনে?
Pain (ব্যথা)
Temperature (তাপমাত্রা অনুভব)
Touch (স্পর্শ)
Pressure (চাপ অনুভব)
Proprioception (শরীরের অংশ কোথায় আছে সেই অনুভূতি)
Clinical Point: dorsal root ক্ষতি হলে কী হয়?
যদি dorsal root বা dorsal root ganglion ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়, তখন —
Sensory loss (কোনো অনুভূতি থাকবে না সেই জায়গায়)
Paresthesia (ঝিঝি ধরা বা অদ্ভুত অনুভূতি)
Pain (কখনো intense ব্যথা হয়, যেমন — herpes zoster infection এ)
Numbness (বোধশক্তি হারিয়ে যায়)
Example:
Herpes Zoster (Shingles): Varicella zoster virus dormant থাকে DRG এর মধ্যে ➔ যখন reactivate হয়, সেই জায়গার along এ ব্যথা ও ফুসকুড়ি হয় (herpes vesicle হয়)
