কথা শুরু করলো রোগীর সাথে থাকা ছেলে। রোগী চুপচাপ বসে আছে। আপনি রোগীর সাথে কথা বলতে চাইলেও রোগী তেমন আগ্রহ দেখালো না।
ছেলে জানালো তার বাবার বয়স ৬৫+ হবে, তার বাবার সমস্যা সে সপ্তাহ খানেক ধরে প্রসাব আটকে রাখতে পারছে না, অজান্তেই প্রসাব হয়ে যাচ্ছে এবং তার বাবা আগের মতো কারো সাথে কথা বলে না, কেমন চুপচাপ হয়ে গেছে।
তাদের ধারণা প্রসাবের এ সমস্যার জন্য লজ্জায় তার বাবা কথা বলে না আর তেমন, নিজের মতো করে চুপ করে থাকে । তাই আপনার কাছে নিয়ে আসছে প্রসাবের সমস্যা ঠিক করার জন্য।
আপনিও Urinary Incontinence ই ভাবলেন শুরুতে। ভাবলেন আসলেই এ সমস্যার জন্য রোগী মনে হয় Depression এ আছে। রোগী কে সে অনুযায়ী পরামর্শ এবং Management দিলেন।
রোগী চলে যাবে, এসময় আপনার কী মনে হলো, রোগীর লোকের থেকে Prescription নিয়ে Investigation এ CT scan টা Add করে দিলেন, বল্লেন এটা করে আপনাকে আবার দেখাতে।
- রোগীর লোক আপনাকে সালাম দিয়ে রোগীকে ধরে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে। রোগীর হেটে যাওয়ার দিকে তাকিয়ে আপনার সন্দেহ আরো জোরালো হলো।
