Epithelial Casts–RTN (Renal tubular necrosis) এ পাওয়া যায়
RBC casts–পাওয়া যায় AGN এ (AGN এর Hallmark হলো RBC cast)
WBC casts–Pylonephritis এ WBC cast পাওয়া যায়
Granular Casts– পাওয়া যায় Glumerulonephritis
Hyaline casts- নরমাল ফাইন্ডিং
Plenty of Pus cell– ইন্ডিকেট UTI
Polycystic kidney disease– সব সময় Bilateral ( unilateral হতে পারে যদি একটি Kidney absent থাকে
PKD তে মাইট্রাল ভালভ Prolapse (25%) কেস এ
হাইপারটেনশন থাকে 75% case এ PKD এর
Anemia is less severe বা Absent iN PKD
CKD এর পেশেন্ট mild to moderate অ্যানিময়া Tolerate করতে পারে ,কারন there iz more Relase of O2 from Hb….
Anemia becomes obvious in stage B CKD
Most common coz CKD-DM
