টেস্টের ২৪ ঘন্টা আগে থেকে সহবাস থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে।
টেস্টের ৪৮ ঘন্টা আগে থেকে যোনীপথে কোনো ট্যাবলেট, পারফিউম, কন্ট্রাসেপটিভ ফোম-জেলি এগুলো বিরত থাকতে হবে।
