রোগীর হাত দেখে বোঝা যাচ্ছে তার Carpal_tunnel_syndrome আছে। কতদিন থেকে এ সমস্যা জিজ্ঞেস করলেন। রোগীকে চুপ থাকতে দেখে তার সাথে লোক রোগীর কানের কাছে মুখ নিয়ে আপনার জিজ্ঞেস করা প্রশ্নটা বললো রোগীকে। এবার রোগী শুনতে পেয়েছে। আপনি বুঝতে পারলেন রোগীর Poor_hearing এর সমস্যাও আছে।
রোগী আপনার প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিলো। উত্তর দেওয়ার সময় আপনি লক্ষ্য করলেন রোগীর কথা জড়ায় যাচ্ছে ( Slurred_speech).
আর রোগীর Voice শুনে মনে হলো এটা তো Low_pitch_voice.
এখন পর্যন্ত আপনার মাথায় একটা জিনিসই আসতেছে – রোগীর Prolong_Hypothyroidism থাকতে পারে।
