GCS ( Glasgow Coma Scale)

এটা Trauma বা স্ট্রোকের পেশেন্টকে এসেস করতে খুবই হেল্পফুল। এখন এটাকে সহজে মনে রাখার জন্য কিছু পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করতে পারেন

ফার্স্টে GCS এ আমরা তিনটি জিনিস দেখে থাকি

EVM (Not electronic voting machine )

• E= Best Eye Response (4)
• V= Best Verbal Response (5)
• M= Best Motor Response (6)
• Eye response এ কি করবেন?
• 1.রোগী এমনেই তাকায়া আছে তাহলে 4 ( Eye opening spontaneously)
• 2. আপনি ডাক দেওয়ার পর তাকাইলো 3 ( Eye opening to speech)
• 3. ডাক দেওয়ার পর না তাকালে Supraorbital region এ জোরে চাপ দিবেন তাকাইলে 2 (Eye opening in response to pain)
• 4. কোন ভাবেই তাকাইলোনা 1 (No eye opening)
• Verbal এ কি করবেন?
• তিনটা প্রশ্ন করে OC কে পি*টা*বেন
• ১. বাবা আপনার নাম কি?
• ২. বাবা আপনি কোথায়?
• ৩. বাবা এখন কয়টা বাজে?
• এখন যদি
• 1. সব ঠিক ঠাক উত্তর 5 ( Oriented)
• 2. কনফিউজড 4 (Confused)
• 3.OC কে পিটা*ইলে প্রথমে গালি*গা*লাজ করবে
• (Inappropriate words) 3
• 4. বেশি পি*টা*ইলে গো*ঙ্গানি দিব ( Incomprehensible sound) 2
• 5. পি*টায়া মাই*রাই ফেললেন ( No response) 1
• Motor response এ কি করবেন?
• বাবা হাত তুলেন
• 1. তুললো 6 ( Obeys command)
• 2. Pain দিলেন হাত অইখানে নিয়ে গেল 5 ( Localise to pain)
• 3. Pain দিলে অই হাত সরায়া নিল 4 ( Withdraw from pain)
• 4. যদি Flexion হয় 3 (Decorticate)
• 5. যদি Extension হয় 2 ( Decerebrate)
• 6. কোন নড়চড় নাই 1 ( No Response)
• Remember GCS এ কখনো 0 হয়না Lowest 3 (Dead) হয়
