সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠেই দেখে প্রচন্ড ঘাড় ব্যথা, নড়াতেই পারছে না। এক্স রে করে দেখা গেল এই অবস্থা।
এই রোগী বেক্লোফেন, মায়োলাক্স, টিজানিডিন নয়, ও পাবে সাইক্লোবেনজাপ্রিন আর ফিজিওথেরাপি।

C. Failure of other drugs
