Marfan’s Syndrome এর ক্ষেত্রে কী Aortic aneurysmহতে পারে?
Aorta এর কোনো অংশের lumen এর diameter
যখন বেড়ে যায় ( প্রায় ২ গুণ ), সেই condition কে তখন বলা হয়. Aortic aneurysm.
আর Marfan’s_syndrome হলো একটা genetic disorder যেখানে মূলত connective tissue এর excessive growth হয়।
Aortic wall এর 3 টা layer এর মধ্যে সবচেয়ে বাহিরের layer টা হচ্ছেTunica Adventitia.
এই layer এ অনেক বেশি connective tissue present থাকে।
Marfan’s syndrome এর ক্ষেত্রে connective tissue এর excessive growth হওয়ার জন্য aorta এর wall এর thickness বিভিন্ন জায়গায় বিভিন্ন রকম হয়।
তখন blood pressure এর জন্য lumen এর যে জায়গার thickness কম সে জায়গার diameter বৃদ্ধি পেতে থাকবে এবং develop করবে Aortic aneurysm.
