কারণ আমরা trombolysis করার ফলে যে ট্রপোনিন গুলো মায়োকার্ডিয়ামে আটকা পড়েছিলো সেগুলো circulation এ চলে আসে।
তাই thrombolysis করার পরেও ট্রপোনিন আরো বেড়ে যেতে পারে।
