ক্যাটারাক্ট সার্জারি করলে কর্ণিয়াতে কোনো ইন্জুরি হতে পারে?
জ্বী corneal endothelial injury হতে পারে।
এটা হলে কী হবে?
endothelium এর injured part দিয়ে aqueous humor ঢুকে গিয়ে প্রথমে striate keratopathy করবে।
cornea কে striae এর মতো মনে হবে।
যখন আরো বেশি aq humour cornea তে প্রবেশ করবে
তখন কর্ণিয়া bullae এর মতো হয়ে যাবে।
যেটাকে বলে bullous keratopathy!!
bullous keratopathy হলে চিকিৎসা কী?
এই aq humor কে টেনে নিয়ে আসবে এরকম ফ্লুইড দরকার।
তাই আমরা hypertonic saline দিবো।3% Nacl..
hypertonic saline দিয়েও ঠিক হচ্ছেনা।bullae persist করতেছে!!
pain হচ্ছে!!
তখন কী করবো?
-keratoplasty করবো!
