                                Pharmacology

  • Clobetasol 0.05%/Dermasol

(Dermatitis)/redness এ, দিনে ২/৩ বার——১ মাস।

  • Lorix plus lotion /Permethrin 5% topical

গলা থেকে পা পর্যন্ত ব্যবহার করবেন, পরের দিন গোসল করবেন, ৭ দিন পর আবার ব্যবহার করবেন একই নিয়মে।(In scabies)

  • Antihistamine:
  • Tab.Fexo/ Fexofenadine 120 mg/180 mg

রাতে ১ টা করে ৭ দিন থেকে ১ মাস (যদি চুলকানি থাকে)

  • Tab.Alatrol 10 mg

0+0+1———15 days.

  • Lulexa cream/ Luliconazole 1% topical

রোজ ২ বার আক্রান্ত স্থানে—–১ মাস (In tinea cruris)

  • Cap.Flucloxacillin 500 mg/Phylopen DS 500 mg

৬ ঘন্টা পর পর ২৪ ঘন্টায় ৪ বার——-৭ দিন (যদি চর্মে  pus থাকে)

  • Cosmotrin cream/ Tretinoin topical cream

রাতে ১ বার/দিনে ২ বার আক্রান্ত স্থানে লাগাবেন—–১মাস/২ মাস। (In Acne vulgaris)

  • Tab.Mycofree 250 mg/ Terbinafine 250 mg

১+০+১ করে ১ মাস (In Tinea cruris )

  • Tab.Zimax 500 mg

দুপুরে ১টি করে সপ্তাহের ১ম তিন (বাকি ৪ দিন বাদ)—–২/৩/৬ মাস।(Acne vulgaris এ দেই এভাবে)

  • Retabac ointment/Retapamulin 1% topical ointment

আক্রান্ত স্থানে দিনে ২ বার লাগাবেন—-১৪ দিন।(In case of genital ulcer)

  • Itraconazole 100 mg

1+0+1———–14days in case of child.

200mg for 7 days in case of adult. 

(In case of Ptyriasis versicolor)

  • Resolve therapeutic shampoo (Ketokonazole 2% shampoo)

ভেজা চুলে সম্পূর্ণ মাথায় প্রয়োগ করুন এবং ভালভাবে ম্যাসাজ করুন। যথাযথ কার্যকারিতার জন্য প্রয়োগের পর ৫ মিনিট রেখে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।

  • Unix C lotion (In case of scabies)

আক্রান্ত ত্বক পরিষ্কার ও শুষ্ক করে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণ লোশন চোখ ও মুখ বাদে সারা শরীরে (পরিবারের সবাই) লাগাবেন। ৮-১২ ঘন্টা পর গোসল করবেন। ব্যবহৃত সব কাপড় গরম পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলবেন। ৭ দিন পর একই নিয়মে লাগাবেন।

  • Emolent (Light paraffin and white paraffin)

দিনে ২ বার অথবা ৩ বার——-১ মাস অথবা প্রয়োজনমত

(In case of Dry skin )

  • Salicylic acid 30%or Kerasol 12%

(In case of Thickened skin/ Hard skin)

দিনে ২ বার অথবা ৩ বার—–১ মাস অথবা প্রয়োজনমত

  • Calamine lotion/ Calamine 15% with Zinc oxide 5%

দিনে ২ বার———(১-২ সপ্তাহ)  (In case of chicken pox)

  • Virux 400 mg/ Acyclovir 400 mg

(In case of chicken pox/ Herpes zoster)

১+১+১+১+১————৭ দিন

  • Dricare 20%/ Aluminium Chlorile Hexahydrate solution

রাতের বেলায় হাতে/ পায়ে মেখে সকাল বেলা ধুয়ে ফেলবেন——এভাবে ১৫ দিন তারপর নিজের প্রয়োজনমত ব্যবহার করবেন ।(In case of hyperhidrosis)

  • Minoxidil/ Splendira 2% Scalp solution

রাতে লাগাবেন———প্রয়োজনমত (In case of hair fall/loss)

  • Spectraban 60 / Microfine zinc oxide 15%

রোদে বের হওয়ার আধা ঘন্টা আগে শরীরের সান এক্সপোজড এরিয়াতে লাগাবেন, চামড়া শুকনো না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ম্যাসাজ করবেন——-প্রয়োজনমত 

            (In case of photo hypersensitivity/sun protection)

  • Togent cream/ Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 2%+ Zinc Acetate 0.1% Topical

দিনে ৩ বার—–এভাবে ১৫ দিন

(In case of insect bite reaction-–যদি সেটা ছোট অথবা pin point হয়)

  • Tab.Methotrexate / Methox 10 mg (In case of psoriasis)

প্রতি সপ্তাহে ১ টি বড়ি———-এভাবে ৪ সপ্তাহ (Liver function test মনিটর করতে হবে)

সাথে, Tab.Folison 5 mg

1+1+1——-(সপ্তাহে যেদিন methotrexate খাবেন)

  • Apsol oral paste (Amlexanox)

প্রতিবার খাবার পর ও রাতের বেলায় শোবার সময় মুখের আক্রান্ত স্থানে লাগাবেন—–৭ দিন

(In case of aphthous ulcer)

  • Fona plus gel/ Adaben Duo Gel (Adapalane 0.1% and benzoyl Peroxide 2.5%)

১ দিন পর পর রাতের বেলায় ব্রণে লাগাবেন——-১/২ মাস (In case of acne)

  • Fusibac H cream (Fusidic acid 2%+ Hydrocortisone 1%)

দিনে ৩ বার——১০  দিন—–(In case of infected or acute case of eczema)

  • Alice lotion (Ivermectin BP 0.5%)

(In case of topical treatment of head lice)

(Apply lotion to dry hair in an amount sufficient (up to 2 tubes) to thoroughly coat the hair and scalp. Keep lotion on the hair and scalp for 10 minutes and then rinse off with water. The tube is intended for single use. Please discard any unused portion.

  • De-rash ointment (in case of diaper rash)

Apply locally————as per clinician’s decision.

  • Lafrost cream / Docosanol 10%

দিনে ২ অথবা  ৩ বার——-৭-১০ দিন (In case of fever blister)

  • Melano cream (Fluocinolone acetonide USP 0.01%, Tretinoin USP 0.05% & Hydroquinone USP 4%) 

(In case of short term treatment of moderate to severe melasma of the face)

Apply a thin film of cream to the affected area once daily at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Gently wash the face and neck with mild cleanser. Rinse and pat the skin dry.

Prescription sample (এটা ধারণা নেয়ার জন্য।১০০% এটাই ফলো করতে হবে এমন না।)

                           Scabies with eczematization

  • Tab.Cefotil 250 mg

1+0+1———-7 days

  • Tab.Fenadin 120 mg

0+0+1———21 days

  • Lorix plus lotion 

গলা থেকে পা পর্যন্ত ব্যবহার করবেন, পরের দিন গোসল করবেন, ৭ দিন পর আবার ব্যবহার করবেন একই নিয়মে।

১ দিন পর,

Eczacart ointment শরীরের গোটায় রোজ ২ বার—–১ মাস।

  1. No combination Cap. Flugal +Topical steroid in fungal infection.
  2. No terbinafine in psoriasis.
  3. Asymptomatic skin lesion is bad things.
