Oedema

Oedema খুব Common একটি Symptom*মেইনলি Due to__

• Cardiac Condition

• Renal Condition

• Hepatic failure/cirrhosis

• Nutritional (Protien deficiency)

Dependent:-Oedema এর অনেক গুলো কারণ থাকতে পারে,তবে বেশি দেখা যায় Lower most part of the Body( Dependent) যেমন – পা বা স্যাক্রাল region….CCF এ দেখা যায়

মুখ ফুলে যাওয়া ,মুখের চারপাশে ফুলে যাওয়া ,চোখের দিকে ফুলে যাওয়া –বিশেষ করে Morning এ-এই ধরনের Oedema গুলো Renal Origin এর জন্য হয়ে থাকে। Typically Nephrotic Syndrome এছাড়াও any advanced state of oedema of any kind.!!

Non pitting Edema_Mostly Seen In elephantiasis & myxoedema.

Pitting Oedema_Edematous এড়িয়া তে Finger দিয়ে চাপ দিলে ভিতরে চলে যায়,& Depressed হয়ে যায় -এইটাই pitting oedema

Pitting Edema গুলো নিয়ে যানা যাক কিভাবে Symptoms alalysis korbo_

𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒄 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒖𝒓𝒆 (𝑪𝑪𝑭)______

(Oedema+ Increased JVP =CCF (look fr cardiac coz)

Dependent ইডিমা ,Advanced case এ Generalised। Ascitis এবং Hydrothorax হতে পারে।CCF অন্যান্য লক্ষণ এবং কার্ডিয়াক ফেইলিউরের Sign*

• Enlarged tender liver***

• Basal crepitations*

• Dependent oedema*

• Increased JVP

Cough

CCF এর কমন কারণ গুলো ___

• Rheumatic valvular heart disease

• Cor pulmonale

•Hypertensive heart disease

• IHD

Cardiomyopathy( মহিলা দের ক্ষেত্রে বেশি দেখা যায় Specifically Peripartum period এ)

মুখের চারপাশে & চোখের দিকে Sudden onset of Oedema.(Puffy face)

গলা ব্যথা ,স্কিন ইনফেকশন (Specially Infected scabies) এর Histry থাকবে।

এছাড়াও জ্বর ,Malaise, Headache,lethargy ও দেখা যায়।

Scanty urine,Smoky–Trace amounts of অ্যালবুমিন,Pus,RBC,Granular & RBC casts….

বিপি Almost Always Raised*

বিপি যদি অনেক বেশি High থাকে হতে পারে__ LvF or Hypertensive encephalopathy ..

Generalised Oedema এর কারণ গুলোর মধ্যে NS একটি।

Ascitis / jaundice –Oedema!!

আগেও হতে পারে– look fr other sign symtoms of cirrhosis

Severe anemia তে Oedema মুলত নিউট্রিশনাল (Protein deficiency এর জন্য হয়ে থাকে,

Anemic heart failure এর জন্য ও হতে পারে।

Severe AnemiaDyspnoea on exertion due to anemia*

লুক ফর Coz of Anemia

এখানে Edema হয় প্রোটিন Deficiency এর জন্য ,,কিছু ফেক্টর রিলেটেড

• Chronic Diarrhoea

• Chronic debilitating diseases

• অধিক বয়স্ক মানুষ যারা যারা খেতে পারে না Due to poverty or neglect ,,

দাত নেই

Unilateral or bilateral ও হতে পারে ,,

তবে Unilateral ই হয়ে থাকে

Acute lymphangitis, fever chills, থাকবে

Others***

Angioneurotic oedema

এটা Allergic condition যেখানে localised Oedema হয়

Face,hands….It may appear and disappear quite abruptly.
