B= Beta blocker
C=Calcium channel blokr
D= Diuretics
Heart Failure এর ক্ষেত্রে আমরা ACEi বা ARBs & Diuretics হলো ড্রাগ অফ চয়েজ
____তবে CCB(rate limiting) Contraindicated
Hear_block এর পেশেন্ট দের ক্ষেত্রে Other than_Beta blocker & CCB
Heart block & HF দুইক্ষেত্রেই CCB Contra-indicated __
Diabetic পেশেন্ট দের ক্ষেত্রে ড্রাগ অফ choice (1st line) ACEi & ARBs_
CRF & Renovascular Disease এ ACE ইনহিবিটর বাদে বাকি গুলো
Asthma & COPD পেশেন্ট দের Beta blocker বাদে বাকি গুলো __(ACEi avoid করা ও ভালো ,,ACEi নিজেই ড্রাই কফ করে// তবে use করা যাবে)
GOUT এর পেশেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে Thaizide Diuretics বাদে বাকি গুলো So আমরা ACEi,ARBs,Beta blockr,CCB দিতে পারি(ABC)
Mi, Angina ,HF এ Beta blockr কিন্তু Heart Block এ Beta blockr নয়
প্রেগন্যান্সি তে__Alfa-methyldopa, Labetalol, Nifedipine
BPH এ Alfa-Blockr

•Both Alfa & Beta Blocker __Bradycardia
Diuretics__Hyponetremia,Hyperkalemia(Deoends on drg)
• Methaydopa__Headache , Sedation
CCB( Amlodipine) can coz Ankle edema
