CBC_with_PBF হলো গরীবের Bone_Marrow Test.
increased WBC count+ Blast cell —- Acute leukaemia
Tear drop cell —- Myelofibrosis
Pancytopenia + Increased Reticulocyte = Peripheral cause যেমন SLE বা Hypersplenism
Pancytopenia + Decreased Reticulocyte = Marrow Disorder like Aplastic Anaemia
চিন্তা করেন Pancytopenia এর কারন কিন্তু অনেক। Marrow Cause আর Peripheral cause হিসেবে Broad heading এ আমরা সেটা কে Discuss করতে পারি। সামান্য Reticulocyte count দেখেই আমরা Marrow cause না Peripheral cause সেই Clue টা পেয়ে যাবো।
ঠিক একই ভাবে Urine_RME হলো গরীবের Renal_Biopsy .
Urine এ Plenty of RBC + Malignant/Dysmorphic cell= Malignancy
Urine এ Pus cell + RBC+ Nitrates= UTI
Urine এ Only (++++) Proteinuria in a Oedematous Child = Nephrotic Syndrome
Urine এ (++) Proteinuria + Diabetes = Diabetes_Nephropathy
Urine এ Protein + RBC = Glomerulonephritis
ছোট ছোট Test আমাদের কতো বড় বড় clinica lead দিতে পারে। তাইনা!
